A pretty Cecil McBee Tote Bag was branded with Seventeen Japanese Magazine. Flora prints are very trendy now and it would complement any outfit. The tote is very roomy and although there is a strong plastic smell, I would say its a good buy at S$16.40. Recommend to air it before using.
