Dr. Murad suggests that we take steps to improve the hydration and general health of the entire body by tending to the health of cells. Eat foods that are rich in structured water, such as raw fruits and vegetables as they help the body hold on to water longer and also provide the added boost of important antioxidents, fiber and other nutrients.
Simply drop off your used plastic or glass skincare bottles (ANY brand) at Murad counters located at BHG Bugis, Metro Paragon, Robinson Centrepoint or TARA apothecary to redeem your Murad Skincare Samples from now till 22nd April 2011, while stocks last. All collected bottles will be sent to recycling companies to ensure proper recycling.
