Fendi Marina Bay Sands, Singapore was the first in Asia to present and retail FENDI Men Fall Winter 2010. As part of its first Anniversary in Asia, Fendi Singapore is showcasing a special installation – Fendi Podium featuring FENDI Men Fall Winter 2011/2012 Collection.
BEIGE-GREY
Drawing cinematic insights, the collection introduces the clowns and in general, wearing sad faces. Characterized by melanges and natural fabrics with a wool appearance in ivory to stone beige with splashes of brown and rust, the handcrafted leather is quilted and buffed while sheepskins alternative knit is quilted lined with lasered FF motif.
Loden
Modern and sophisticated, the loden yarn is a wool cloth with a soft yet resistant appearance. The tailored wool-linen and wool-nylon mixes the jersey and reversible fabrics – a special and important feature handcrafted in delicated patterns felted and dyed, acquiring a contemporary yet rustic sporty feel.
GREY-BLUE
A classic grisaille, tweed with knits and wool fabrics in blue and melanges render each garment original. The knitwear, knopped and thick becomes a tweed jacket with great attentions on details. The culminates in grey Japanese denim breaks the purity of form with a touch of modernity.
BLUE – BROWN
A sophisticated mix of colours in micro patterns, by the twills and tweeds, almost iridescent bringing out the contrast of very dark blue and almost black paired with brown. The knitwear and shirts detailed with Fendi-ized Micro Patterns matched well with cotton trousers and denims.
RED CARPET
An elegant and tailored sub-collection with detailed tailoring in exclusive fabrics to bring you from day to night. The old crepe of 40s dinner jacket is reinterpreted and lightened while fabrics have personalized ton-sur-ton jacquard weaves ad shirts embroidered and embellished bibs. Delicate knitwear with grosgrain or satin edging complete the look.
