Plaza Brasserie at PARKROYAL Beach Road is one of my old favourites for buffets as the selection offers festive favourites including Christmas Turkey with12 signature sauces, Roasted Ribeye, log cakes   and live stations with Chefs whipping up delicious dishes right before you.

For cosy festive dining at home, gourmet takeaway family favourites like Honey Baked Ham and traditional turkey are also available from 15 to 31 December 2011.

Serving a wide variety of dishes to tantalize your taste buds, indulge in Japanese favourites from fresh Sashimi, sushi and soft shell crabs to delicious local favourites like drunken prawns, Hainesese chicken rice, laska, oyster omelette and roti prata plain, egg, banana, chocolate and durian with a choice of vegetarian or chicken curry to Cheese platter and an almost never ending local, Chinese and western desserts table, there is no reason not to love Plaza Brasserie Buffets.

Cheese Galore

At the Chef’s “live” cooking station, savour Roasted Turkey with Sausage Meat, Chestnut and Mushroom Stuffing, Roasted Honey Glazed Ham with Pineapple and Cranberry Sauce and Roasted Ribeye on Wagon served with Herbs Sauce and Duck served with Chili and Plum Sauce.

Parkroyal hotel Christmas Turkey with 12 signature sauces is a must try. Skinny dip your succulent turkey or even honey baked ham in Laksa Sauce, Giblet Sauce, Cranberry Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Rendang Sauce, Thai Mango Sauce, Satay Sauce, Black Pepper Sauce, Mustard Sauce, Tong Gui Herbal Sauce, Sichuan Sauce and Pineapple Sauce to savour every bite!

I tried the Tong Gui Herbal , Satay, Thai Mango and Rendang Sauces and love the dips.

Other festive delights includes Christmas Fruit Cake, Christmas Puddings with Brandy sauce, Assorted Christmas Cookies, Ginger Bread,  Assorted Log Cakes, Raspberry and Vanilla Cheese Cake will make this Christmas a heart-warming one to remember! For the children or the young at heart, Santa Clause will be making his rounds on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to distribute goodies to children dining at the Plaza Brasserie.
