OBOLO VALENTINE’S DAY CREATIONS 2012

Boutique Patisserie Cafe OBOLO by Chef Mac and June have created “KISS” Macarons and its best selling cakes Noisette, New York Cheese and Mango Passion Cheese in Coeur (heart-shaped) this Valentine’s Day.

Macarons are a hot favourite here. The limited edition KISS macaron is affectionately made with dark chocolate shells sandwiching a 70% dark chocolate couverture ganache  using Cacao Barry’s Origine Rare Saint Domingue dark chocolate couverture.
