Petisco or a more familiar term is tapas for Spanish, at the media launch we tasted the Chefs petisco offerings with wine makers pairing with the different Portugese white and red wines served.
Bread served with garlic butter, olives, creamy cod mayo, followed by garlic tiger shrimp, grilled sardine on lettuce hearts, shredded salted cod onion bruschetta, crispy fried sardine, braised beef with vegetables and olives, duck with roasted turnips before ending the tasting with Portugal cheese and charcuterie platter.
