Love, Bonito - Ready to live, not just ready to wear is the new rebranded identity with a new LB heart shaped monogram brand logo and a collective comprising of signatures, staples and capsule collection for Asian women, to embrace every aspect of their lives with style and confidence.
The Singapore founded leading Southeast Asian womenswear brand have come a long way since the blogshop days in 2006 and when Love Bonito was officially launched in 2010, fans would camped by the laptops to get the hands on the highly coveted collections or wait anxiously for backorders.
Parisian Couturier Julien Fournie X Love, Bonito at FIDĂ© Fashion Week in 2013 was another milestone as we remembered the joyfulness in founders Viola, Velda and Rachel to see the Best of Love, Bonito collection comes to life on the runway.
Clothes for today’s modern Asian woman should not just be ready-to-wear but ready-to-live. Love, Bonito new collections are designed for the everyday woman who needs to be every-ready for everything on the calendar and in-between.
Rachel, the co-founder shares that the new milestone brand refash signifies Love, Bonito Asian heritage, perfecting the Asian women fit designed for confidence, versatility and functionality and it's commitment towards its vision of empowering women through diverse representation.
Fronting the rebrand is a stellar line-up of Asian and Asian-American women chosen for their independence, innovative spirit and talent by the truckloads. These include Korean American actress and singer Arden Cho (Avatar: The Last Airbender), Malaysian singer Yuna Zaria (“Crush”), American writer/artist Chanel Miller (Know My Name: A Memoir), and Singaporean-American mother-daughter content creators Gym Tan and Mya Rose Miller.
Brand New “LB”, Brand New Signatures
Next to a new striking heart-shaped “LB” monogram and a new “Ready-to-live, not just ready-to-wear” tagline, the new campaign sees Love, Bonito launching its best-selling styles in three key lines: Signatures, Staples and Capsule collections.
Sophisciated, timeless, feminine, classics, everyday favourites for work, weekend and special occasions are designed with crease-ease fabrics, flattering colours and functional details like built-in elasticated sleeves for blazers, protective inner piece for scoop neck tops, and bloat-friendly waistbands for pants.
