ANNA SUI AUTUMN 2010 COLLECTION PREVIEW & SWATCHES – EYE COLOR DUO/EYE COLOR/SPOT CONCEALER/MINI ROUGE V, NAIL LACQUER AT ANNA SUI TEA SESSION

I was invited to Anna Sui Tea Session for a preview of gorgeous Anna Sui 2010 Autumn Makeup Collection at The Marmalade Pantry, ION Orchard. The bloggers in attendance were distracted by the ultra pretty Anna Sui Kaledeiscope packaging and pretty colours and started swatching immediately for ages that a couple of worried waiters came over to ask if we were ready to place our orders soon. The poor guys do not understand the attraction of makeup can make hunger pangs disappear !

As i have already done 2 entries on Anna Sui Autumn Collection, Promotions and Special buys, this entry will focus more about the product details and swatches.

ANNA SUI 2010 AUTUMN MAKEUP COLLECTION

This Autumn, Anna Sui introduces an innovative range of eye colour duos and single in a pretty mother of pearl casing, Eye brightener, Spot concealer, Limited Edition nail lacquers and mini-rouge. The highlight of the collection are the eye colours duos and eye colours All products are scented with the signature Anna Sui rose fragrance.

ANNA SUI EYE COLOR DUO S$51

The new eye colour duo is a set of two shades of eye shadow in one palette - a pearly shade and a deep shade that creates depth.  The polarized pearly shade can be layered over deep shade and provides a magical gradation causing the color to change intricately.

The pretty duos are not your typical '2 color in one compact'. The colors are recommended to be used together in a layering format. The color on the bottom is coated with silicon to ensure that eyeshadows adhere to your eyelids well, like a base. The eyeshadow color on the top is meant to be layered over the bottom color to create a nice blended fusion.

MAQUILLAGE FALL 2010 COLLECTION – ROUGE ENAMEL GLAMOUR & DUAL GLOW EYES LAUNCH AT TAKASHIMAYA

Shiseido Maquillage 2010 Fall Collection Part One – Rouge Enamel Glamour and Dual Glow Eyes will be launched tomorrow at Takashimaya. Shiseido Rouge Enamel Glamour is a collection of pretty 2 in 1 product - lipstick on 1 end and lipgloss on the other end to give your lips a 3-D enamel shine. The Dual Glow Eyes are shimmery cream to powder eyeshadow that work great as a base or on its own.

ZARA LEATHER LACE UP HEELS & ZARA LEATHER WEDGES

I ALWAYS LOVE SHOES, i have 400 plus pairs of shoes to date. But recently, i think my feet might have grown bigger or either that the cuts of the shoes are getting smaller, i need to wear UK8/EU41/US10  which is alarming as some designs stop at size 40 or brands bring in selected design in size 41. The only good thing is i buy less shoes as they do take up alot of storage space, but the bad thing is i cant buy the shoes i fancy !!!

                

Recently at Zara, i spotted 2 gorgeous pair of shoes but they are both size 40 ! I was debating to purchase them anyway for collection as they were on sale but my friend stopped me saying its pointless and impractical and dragged me out of Zara but she did agree that they are gorgeous and accompanied me to 2 more Zara stores to see if they have in Size 41. I have visited all the Zara Stores a couple of weeks ago and they only stock up size 40 as they are Special Edition and not every size is brought in ! I only have 2 pairs of shoes from Zara and i purchased them in Hong Kong. There are much more stocks and designs in size 41 there and not here. So sad !

So nowdays, although it may sound silly, i tend to purchase at least 2 pairs of the same design/colour if it fits.

I will continue my conquest for gorgeous leather shoes !
