The highlight of Loewe Spring 2011 collection are specially commissioned drawings of butterfiles by Spanish artist Jose Hernandez who enhanced the butterfly images from the Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales and Spanish centuries old art to create the signature motif on leather and silk materials to infuse sensuality and eroticism of skins.

Toreador jacket in super lightweight ‘Foulard’ napa leather with color-blocking and feminine details and shift dresses of bourgeois Madrilenas are a joyful combination of silk and leather.
