FISHERMAN’S MARKET SINGAPORE OPENS AT THE CENTRAL, CLARKE QUAY

Fisherman’s Market - Kobe and Yokohama “all-you-can-eat” premium Japanese-Western seafood buffet restaurant opens its first restaurant in Singapore located on the river promenade at Clarke Quay, The Central, #01-15 & #02-17 last weekend.

Offering a scenic view of The Singapore River including alfresco dining and bar for 60 diners on the first level and 300 buffet diners on the second level, its location and view is a bonus point.

The 10,000 sq ft casual restaurant boasts a lavish selection of freshly flown seafood from around the world including North America, Australia and South Asia with more than  90 dishes to tempt your palette alongside with desserts, complete with chocolate fountain and soft serve ice cream and wine, beer and cocktail from the bar.

Japanese native Itamae (sushi chefs) prepare fresh sushi and sashimi right before your eyes,  ensuring the authenticity and freshness in taste.
