Old Hong Kong Legend Fresh Lobster Meat Salad with Pomelo, Watermelon and Mixed Fruits appetiser topped with special mango sauce.

Cool and  refreshing, the healthy appetiser with fresh lobster meat is crunchy and goes well with the fruits salad.

Old Hong Kong Legend Braised Abalone, sea cucumber, Fish Maw and shark’s cartilage thick Soup with brown sauce served with crispy spring roll in hot stone pot.

The  Abalone, Sea Cucumber, dried scallops, fish maw and mushroom are braised slowly with the shark’s cartilage and is rich and flavoursome.  Delightful taste with chock-a-bloc ingredients in every spoonful. Divine !

The  tasty and collagen-rich seafood thick soup is healthy and beneficial not only to ladies concerned with baby smooth skin but also suitable for young children and older folks as it helps maintain healthy joints.

Old Hong Kong Legend Baked Whole Lobster with Black Truffles oven baked with wild mixed mushrooms  and cheese.

Baked to perfection, the unique aroma of the lobster coupled with the luxurious black truffles and wild mushroom is totally out of the world. My favourite !

Old Hong Kong Legend Stir-Fried Lobster Meat and Scallop with Pine Nuts and Sweet Peas in Basket. 

Fresh chunks of lobster meat and scallop served with pine nuts, sweet peas, bell peppers and mushrooms.  I am not a vegetable fan but the flavours goes extremely and the pine nuts adds a delightful crunch.

Old Hong Kong Legend Poached Rice in Lobster Stock

Chunks of lobster, tender chicken meat and prime lean pork simmered for 6 hours in lobster stock served with Thai white rice and crunchy fried rice grains in hot pot. Flavoursome and awesome.

Old Hong Kong Legend Herbal Jelly with Birds Nest served with wild honey.

Luxurious dessert with a generous serving of birds nest on home made Hong Kong herbal jelly. Nourishing with cooling effects, beneficial for health and good skin.

Old Hong Kong Legend New Dessert – This is not part of the Lobster set menu but the kind folks at Old Hong Kong Legend presented their latest dessert creation for tasting, fresh from the oven.

Waiting time is about 30mins as the dessert chef needs to hand whisk the egg whites, best to order when you arrive. Great for birthday celebration as well.

Fresh fruits sponge cake with fluffy egg white flamed with orange liqueur. This pretty dessert reminds me of meringue. Soft. fluffy, lovely textured and not too sweet.
