At the media tasting, we tried Stirred Fried Crab with Egg Yolk, Chilli Crab, Nonya Curry Crab, Butter Crab, X.O. sauce Crab, Stir-Fried Flower Crabs with Spring Onions and Ginger.
Stirred Fried Crab with Egg Yolk – Battered and fried and tossed in salted egg yolk. Heavenly !
Butter crab is similarly battered and fried, with a hint of spice.
Stir-Fried Flower Crabs with Spring Onions and Ginger – Ordinary but love the freshness and sweetness of the white flesh from flower crab.
Nonya Curry Crab – Spicy with Nonya twist. Another crowd favourite.
X.O. sauce Crab – Request for tang hoon from the live station to have your very own Crab tang hoon.
Chilli Crab – PARKROYAL on Beach Road Signature dish, remember to get a couple of freshly fried mantou from the live stations to soak up the spicy sauce .
Crab appetizers include Dijon Crab Cakes with Coriander Paste, Baked Crab Shell, Chilli Crab Roll with Vegetables, Crab Meat Gyoza with Dip Sauce, Bread Crab Claw, Mini Crab Meat Samosas, Olive & Potato Crabmeat Balls with Pesto, Crabmeat Paste, Crispy Soft Shell Crabs, Baked Whole Salmon with Spicy Crab Dip and a variety of Dim Sums like har gao and siew mai with crabmeat.
For your carbo fix, try Crab Meat Le Mein with Miso Paste and Condiments, Braised Tang Hoon with Live Crabs, Vegetables and Crabmeat Tempura with Condiments at The Chef Noodles Section or Crabmeat Fried Rice.
Permanent favourites from the buffet include Japanese sashimi selection, fresh handmade sushi, edamame, teriyaki chicken, Braised Sea Cucumber with Roast Pork and Mushrooms, Braised Pork Ball with Preserved Vegetable and Taro, Oatmeal Prawns, Stir-fried Chicken in Honey and Sesame, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Laksa, Thai style Wok fried Beef.

Most of the dishes are cooked with Sri Lanka Mud Crab and All crab dishes mentioned above are rotated on a daily basis.
