Samsung Pokémon Galaxy Z Flip4 5G | Buds2 Pro | Watch5 Series + Disney Bespoke Collection launch

Samsung Pokémon-themed accessories for Galaxy Z Flip4 5G, Galaxy Buds2 Pro and Galaxy Watch5 Series and Samsung Disney Bespoke Collection are the latest collaborations to showcase the inner child in consumers.

Inspired by Pokémon from the Kanto region, the collection features the iconic red-and-white Poké Ball and beloved Pokémon characters.

SAUDIA Seoul to Riyadh Inaugural Flight 2022 Launch

Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA), the award winning national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia officially launched Seoul to Riyadh flight, its first direct route from the capital of South Korea, flying thrice weekly.

SAUDIA’s SV899 uses Boeing 787 Dreamliner, a two-class aircraft with 24 flat beds in business class and 274 seats in guest class on its inaugural flight departed Seoul’s Incheon International Airport (ICN) on 16 August 2022 at 9:40 PM, arriving at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh (RUH) early Wednesday morning before stopping by in Jeddah (JED).


The new JED-RUH-ICN flight route is inline with the Saudi Aviation Strategy, which aims to connect the Kingdom to the world with more than 250 destinations, across four continents, including all 28 domestic airports in Saudi Arabia and improving the carrier’s competitive position internationally with its young fleet of aircrafts.

"As the Wings of Vision 2030, the national carrier has the necessary capacity to continually broaden its route network and welcome a wide range of visitors into Saudi Arabia.” said Engr. Ahmed Alwassiah, Chief Operating Officer of SAUDIA. “To support our strategic objectives, we ensure our airline’s 144-aircraft fleet is suited with the latest in-flight innovations and plan to modernize and expansion.


The milestone Seoul-Riyadh flight follows SAUDIA flight SV898 from Riyadh to Seoul with the traditional water salute at Incheon International Airport and attended by His Excellency Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Sami AlSadhan, His Excellency Park Joon Yong, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Saudi Arabia,  senior government officials, dignitaries, diplomats and members of the media, partners from the domestic travel and tourism sectors.

Qatar Airways Premium Lounge Singapore opens at Changi Airport Terminal 1

Multiple award-winning airline, Qatar Airways reopens its fifth International Premium lounge at Singapore Changi Airport, inspired by Qatar Airways heritage and modern day Arabic architecture featuring an ultra luxurious interior, enhanced offerings and exceptional culinary cuisine with dedicated mixologist for a distinctive experience throughout the journey with Qatar Airway.


At the official ribbon-cutting ceremony held at Singapore Changi Airport, Qatar Airways Senior Vice President Eastern Regions, Mr. Marwan Koleilat, showcased the lounge’s lavish and distinctive features to VIPs including His Excellency Mr Saoud Jassim Al-Jufairi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Embassy of the State of Qatar in Singapore, Mr. Lee Seow Hiang, Chief Executive Officer, Changi Airport Group, Mr. Han Kok Juan, Director General, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, and Mr. Kerry Mok, President & CEO, Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS).

The new Qatar Airways Premium Singapore Lounge is available for Qsuite - Qatar Airways Business Class passengers, featuring seven different seating areas including the Principal Lounge, Quiet Pods, Garden Bistro, High Seating, Martini Bar, Brasserie and Private Lounge across approximately 700 square metres to accomodate about 85 passengers.

The Qatar Airways lounge is equipped with a full kitchen for freshly-prepared à la carte food orders on demand, on top of an existing buffet spread offering an international menu, catering to a premium culinary standard. A dedicated mixologist is stationed at the centrepiece Martini Bar, presenting mocktail and cocktail options to complete the five-star lounge experience.

Custom furniture pieces like the carefully designed sideboard, offer both style and comfort and are strategically placed next to the seats, and includes a lamp, universal plug point, wireless charger, a compartment suitable for storing handbags and personal belongings. 


Passengers wishing to relax in a quiet environment can occupy one of the five Quiet Pods, which offer a cozy, semi-private space equipped with sound proofing, reading lights, a coat hanger and universal charging points.

Qantas Airways First Class Suite A380 and First Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport relaunched

Qantas Airways First Class experience starts with First Lounge and onboard Airbus A380 First class suite with fully lay flat beds, premium Neil Perry multi-course dining experience, award winning Australian wine cellar and Martin Grant designed pyjamas on OneWorld Alliance flights.

The Qantas First cabin on the 485-seat A380 is popular with Qantas Frequent Flyers and will operate a daily return A380 flight from Sydney to Singapore and on to London as well as 20 A330 operated flights each week from Singapore to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane.

Qantas A380 aircraft’s premium cabins include 14 First Suites, 70 Business Suites, 60 Premium Economy seats and 341 Economy seats.


The upper deck lounge features booth style seating for 10 people, a self-service bar and an option to order signature drinks and snacks.

The Qantas First Lounge located at Singapore Changi Airport was designed by Australian industrial designer David Caon in collaboration with architect Kelvin Ho of Akin Atelier to provide a sense of calming luxury with a Singaporean twist featuring pops of greenery.


Launched in December 2019 and now reopen, The Qantas First Lounge operates alongside the existing Qantas Business Lounge to ensure all premier class travelling passengers have a enjoyable pre-flight experience.

The 1000 square metre lounge with a capacity for 240 guests features classic furniture combined with both modern designed pieces for dining, working and relaxing with 10 shower suites for passengers to freshen up.


Experience Australian Neil Perry fine dining with a menu inspired by Singapore’s vibrant dining scene like signature Laksa with Crayfish and Rice Noodles, Barramundi with Sambal Browned Butter and Shrimp-based Chicken Wings.

Singapore to South Korea New Flights - T'way Air | Scoot | Jeju Air | Air Premia

Changi Airport Singapore air connectivity to Incheon South Korea will be boosted by 4 budget airlines - T'way Air, Scoot, Jeju Air and Air Premia this summer, making Changi Airport the second most connected to South Korea among airports across the globe.

T’way Air, South Korean low-cost carrier started its inaugural flights in Singapore with a twice weekly service to Seoul Incheon Airport on Airbus 330-300 offering 12 Business class and 335 economy class from 29 May. 

Air Premia, a hybrid airline which commenced Passenger Aircraft Carrying Cargo (PACC) operations in Changi Airport since December 2021, will operate a thrice weekly passenger service with Boeing 787-9 offering 56 premium economy and 256 economy seats from 29 June, to Seoul. 

Seoul city beckons with majestic Palaces -Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung and Gyeonghuigung, National Palace Museum of Korea, National Folk Museum, Seoul Namsan Tower, City of Kpop like BTS and Black Pink and K dramas Crash Landing on You and The Golbin. Visit Nami Island and Gyeonggi-do to discover scenic hidden trails.

Jeju Air Co., South Korea's largest low-cost carrier, is the sole operator on the Singapore-Busan route, flying twice weekly with Boeing 737-800 offering 12 New Class (premium economy) seats and 162 economy to Gimhae International Airport from 25 June. 

Busan is South Korea second largest city and is local Koreans favourite for Spring cherry blossoms and Summer spectacular seaside beaches holidays.

Asiana Airlines (5x to 7x weekly), Korean Air (7x to 10x weekly) and Singapore Airlines (7x to 11x weekly) also added additional services to Seoul, offering a total of 42 weekly services to Busan, Jeju and Seoul from Singapore Changi Airport.

As at 1 May 2022, 83 airlines operate over 2,900 weekly scheduled flights at Changi Airport, connecting Singapore to some 124 cities in 46 countries and territories worldwide.
